All products are covered under a warranty. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us a brief explanation of the problem, a photo showing the issue, and your order number. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
A replacement can only be authorized after receiving both the required photo evidence and a valid order number.
Only items that have become non-functional during normal use are eligible for warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Improper use or failure to follow the Care and Usage Instructions. (see below)
- Accidental or intentional damage, such as drops, impacts, exposure to extreme conditions or any other external factors.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Products provided as complimentary gifts or promotional items by our company.
Additional warranty terms:
- Warranty claims are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
- Only one replacement may be issued per original purchase
- Replacement items are not covered by any warranty.
- Replacement processing times depend on stock availability at the time of the request.

• Do not use with hot liquids, carbonated drinks, or concentrated citrus juices.
2. Secure Closure
• Always close the lid tightly before placing the bottle in bags or backpacks to prevent leaks.
3. Hand Wash Only
• Do not use a dishwasher.
• Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap after each use.
• Avoid boiling water and abrasive cleaners.
• For deep cleaning, use a mixture of water with baking soda or white vinegar.
• The protective sleeve can also be hand washed.
4. Brush & Air Dry
• Use a bottle brush to clean the interior, especially the mouth and threads.
• Let the bottle dry completely with the lid off to prevent odors and mold.
5. Store Properly
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure or high temperatures.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the lid off when not in use.
