Warranty Period
All water bottles (including both plastic and metal models) and their plastic lids with gaskets are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product packaging or at the time of purchase.
Bottle sleeves (including neoprene, fabric sleeves, zippered covers, and similar components) are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, as they are subject to higher wear and tear due to regular handling and use.
Items sold under the “Replacement Parts” section of the website, including replacement sleeves and replacement lids, are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects that cause the product to become non-functional during normal use and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or cosmetic deterioration.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Improper use or failure to follow the Care and Usage Instructions. (see below)
- Damage resulting from lack of proper cleaning or maintenance, including the presence of mold, mildew, fungi, yeast, or other biological growth or residue.
- Accidental or intentional damage, including drops, impacts, exposure to extreme conditions, or other external causes, including improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use, including but not limited to stitching wear, seam separation, straps or handles loosening or tearing, zipper wear, fabric or neoprene deterioration, surface fading, fraying, and material fatigue on sleeves and similar components.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Products provided as complimentary gifts or promotional items by our company.
Replacement terms:
- Warranty claims, if approved, are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
- A replacement can only be authorized after receiving both the required video/photo evidence and a valid order number.
- Only one replacement may be issued per original purchase
- Replacement items are not covered by any warranty.
- Model Availability: Replacement items are subject to availability. While we make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement of the same model, color, and design, this cannot be guaranteed. If the original item is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be provided.
- If approved, replacement processing times may vary and take several weeks or longer.
- Shipping Responsibility: Any costs incurred for shipping or transporting the product in connection with a replacement request shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the company. This term shall apply to all purchases made on or after March 1, 2026.

Care and Usage Instructions
Take care of your bottle to ensure long-lasting performance. Follow these simple tips:
1. Proper Use
• Designed for cold or room-temperature beverages only.
• Do not use with hot liquids, carbonated drinks, or concentrated citrus juices.
2. Secure Closure
• Always close the lid tightly before placing the bottle in bags or backpacks to prevent leaks.
3. Hand Wash Only
• Do not use a dishwasher.
• Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap after each use.
• Carefully clean the lid, threads, and rubber seal (O-ring), ensuring all surfaces are gently but thoroughly scrubbed without damaging the seal.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap or cleaning residue.
• Avoid boiling water and abrasive cleaners.
• For deep cleaning, use a mixture of water with baking soda or white vinegar.
• The protective sleeve can also be hand washed.
4. Brush & Air Dry
• Use a bottle brush to clean the interior, especially the mouth and threads.
• Allow all components, including the lid and seal, to air dry completely with the lid removed before reassembly.
• Proper drying helps prevent the growth of mold, mildew, fungi, or yeast, which can develop in enclosed, moist environments if the bottle is not cleaned and dried correctly.
5. Store Properly
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure or high temperatures.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the lid off when not in use.
6. Important Precautions
• Do not freeze or fill with freezing liquids.
• Avoid drops, impacts, or heavy pressure that may cause cracks or other damage.
