Warranty Coverage
Only items that have become non-functional during normal use are eligible for warranty coverage.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Improper use or failure to follow the Care and Usage Instructions. (see below)
- Accidental or intentional damage, such as drops, impacts, exposure to extreme conditions or any other external factors.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Products provided as complimentary gifts or promotional items by our company.
Replacement terms:
- Warranty claims, if approved, are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
- A replacement can only be authorized after receiving both the required video/photo evidence and a valid order number.
- Only one replacement may be issued per original purchase
- Replacement items are not covered by any warranty.
- Model Availability: Replacement items are subject to availability. While we make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement of the same model, color, and design, this cannot be guaranteed. If the original item is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be provided.
- If approved, replacement processing times may vary and take several weeks or longer.

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us with a brief explanation of the problem, a video or photo showing the issue, and your order number. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
Care and Usage Instructions
Take care of your bottle to ensure long-lasting performance. Follow these simple tips:
1. Proper Use
• Designed for cold or room-temperature beverages only.
• Do not use with hot liquids, carbonated drinks, or concentrated citrus juices.
2. Secure Closure
• Always close the lid tightly before placing the bottle in bags or backpacks to prevent leaks.
3. Hand Wash Only
• Do not use a dishwasher.
• Wash by hand with warm water and mild soap after each use.
• Avoid boiling water and abrasive cleaners.
• For deep cleaning, use a mixture of water with baking soda or white vinegar.
• The protective sleeve can also be hand washed.
4. Brush & Air Dry
• Use a bottle brush to clean the interior, especially the mouth and threads.
• Let the bottle dry completely with the lid off to prevent odors and mold.
5. Store Properly
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure or high temperatures.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the lid off when not in use.
6. Important Precautions
• Do not freeze or fill with freezing liquids.
• Avoid drops, impacts, or heavy pressure that may cause cracks or other damage.
